FF-250-SFlexi Foot

The Flexi Foot is used to support small pipework, runs of cable tray, or an alternative to supporting condensing units, air source heat pumps or a variety of outdoor equipment.
The Flexi Foot with strut comes in four lengths— 250mm, 400mm, 600mm, and 1000mm. They are manufactured from heavy duty recycled rubber and come complete with 21mm by 41mm galvanised steel strut adhered to the rubber with industrial adhesive. The rubber is strong and durable with drain slots moulded into the underside to allow standing water to flow under the foot.
TRH-3Threaded Rod Hangers

By simply squeezing the tips together, the spring steel rod hanger can be fitted or adjusted in seconds. This method of rod hanging has been tried and tested in the mechanical fixings industry for many years, and now the air conditioning engineer will also enjoy its benefits.
These supports a pair of flow & return insulated copper air conditioning pipes on either M8 or M10 threaded rod. Simply fold the lock-tab over to secure the pipes into the strap.
Condensing Unit Guards
A range of weather-protected, steel mesh guards for protection of outdoor condensing units against vandalism and accidental damage. Four sizes suit all brands of condensing units. All components receive an 8-phase epoxy-polyester powder coating, with scratch-resistant, textured finish in an RAL colour to suit most brands of condensing units.

The flexibility of the Flexi Frame means that “designing” is simple. The design consists of a Flexi Base-Frame and a Flexi Extender-Frame which combine to provide a solution for mounting any type of equipment.
Simply start with a Flexi Base-Frame and add the required number of Flexi Extender-Frame to create your own system. The Flexi Extender-Frame can be added in any direction to make a system of any size in multiples of 1200mm. Each Frame has a maximum dimension of 1200mm.
Each Flexi Frame Base Frame and Extender Frame is capable of supporting 500kg safe working load. Be sure the underlying roof structure can support the weight of the equipment and frame system. Each frame weighs 30kg (Base Frame) and 24kg (Extender Frame) and each foot has a surface area of 0.104 square metres.

An addition to the Flexi Frame is the Flexi H-Frame. This system offers support to small or large ducting, pipe work and cable tray. The H-Frame can be used to support various equipment. All of the components come complete in a box. Simply add your own lengths of strut to create “H” shapes.
